Learning environments

The centre has three learning environments.

The Babies Room (Bubs) caters for younger children six months to 2.5 years.

The Little People’s room caters for children aged 2.5 to 3.5 years old.

The Preschool room caters for children 3.5 years old to school age.

The centre has three outdoor learning environments and access to a digging patch.

Bubs learning environments

The Babies Room (Bubs) is the beginning of your little one’s early childhood journey. The babies room educators work alongside families to provide a smooth transition into the new world of early childhood. We want the journey filled with love, joy, anticipation, curiosity, and wonder through play and exploration of resources.

Little People’s learning environment

The Little People’s learning environment is all about play; learning to socialise, communicate, explore and make sense of the world in which we live. Little people are learning about themselves and others around them. Little people educators support families and children to develop, practising, and learning skills whilst working in partnership together.

Preschool learning environment

The Preschool learning environment encourages children to learn through play; by solving problems, experimenting, creating, thinking, and revisiting experiences to gain a sense of mastery or completion. Educators and families work together to build the child’s sense of empowerment and fulfilment in preparation for the new “big school” journey.
